Online orders placed before 6am Monday to Saturday will be packed and ready for collection that day or on your nominated collection day and time.
Orders placed after 6am will be processed on the next working nominated collection day.
Please note that we are a paddock to plate business and therefore product availability will be subject to supply, which may be impacted by factors such as the season and demand for certain cuts. Our products come from real farms and not factories and we can only supply what we produce. In cases where ordered items are not available a store credit will be provided to the customer.
